There are numerous sports rumors and news for the 2020 and 2022 seasons. While the top picks for those two years have yet to be announced, plenty of big names are slated to sign with other teams. The NBA is no exception, as several players have already signed. The Lakers have been linked to Kyrie Irving. Meanwhile, the Boston Celtics are looking to land Kevin Durant. Both players will have signed contracts in the next two years.

The NBA is expected to be a busy offseason, as free agents will be able to begin negotiating with teams on Thursday. Most teams will be overhauling rosters for the 2022-23 season. While the top free agents will likely stay put, other talented players will move on to other teams. While the Boston Celtics are unlikely to make a major splash, they are still interested in acquiring a playmaker or bench scorer to bolster their already-excellent roster.

A four-year, $104 million deal for Jalen Brunson is being finalized, according to Aaron Mintz and Sam Rose of @CAA_Basketball. It also includes a player option for the final season. In addition, Kyle Anderson and Lonnie Walker have signed with the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Los Angeles Lakers, respectively

The NBA has several free agents, but many are still unsigned. The Cincinnati Reds are one of the worst teams in baseball this season. Their ace pitcher, Luis Castillo, is coming off the disabled list and could be a viable mid-rotation starter for a contender. However, with plenty of pitching on the free-agent market, the Reds might be looking for a top starter before the 2022 MLB trade deadline. The Reds will likely trade him despite the rumors, so Castillo may remain with the Reds.
